Go Inspire boosts leadership with five key appointmentsGo Inspire, the Xerox-owned marketing services and print business, has strengthened its senior team with five top appointments, designed to drive the business’ focus on growth and innovation to deliver industry-leading solutions to its clients.

First up its Richard Bell, who joins as chief commercial officer and brings over three decades of experience in the print and communications industry.

Bell’s career has spanned senior leadership roles in client services, procurement, and commercial strategy. Before joining Go Inspire, he held pivotal positions at Communisis and Paragon, working with many of the UK’s most trusted brands on complex transformation programmes.

Next is Pauline Kay, who brings 27 years of experience in transactional and multi-channel marketing communications. She specialises in highly regulated industries, offering expertise in hybrid mail, inbound solutions, and digital transformation.

Ben Pigott has also joined from Paragon, where he was business development manager. He will be leading new business initiatives, ensuring that Go Inspire continues to build key partnerships across multiple sectors.

Meanwhile, Chris Turner has joined as sales director and previously held the role of business development director at Sagacity. He brings with him experience of working with clients like Tesco, Boots, and BT.

Finally, Kalvin Burt joins as creative lead, bringing over 25 years of experience across the creative landscape, including leading onsite and in-house creative teams for major financial services clients and delivering campaigns for household brands, charities, healthcare, and government initiatives.

Burt will work across Go Inspire and Xerox to align the creative team’s expertise, ensuring clients benefit from “best-in-class” creative solutions that enhance the end-to-end services offered by Go Inspire. He previously worked at Paragon for over six years.
