Patna: As many as 161 scholars of Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP), who successfully completed the postgraduate diploma management course in 2021-23 and 2022-24 sessions, were awarded their degrees at the institute’s 13th convocation organised here on Saturday.
Amrita Anand and Anand Shankar of 2021-23 batch, and Purnima Kumari and Piyush Harsh of 2022-24 batch were awarded gold medals for their outstanding performance and securing top positions in the list of successful candidates.
Giving away gold medals and degrees to the successful scholars, the chairman-cum-managing director of Kirloskar Brothers Ltd, and chief guest Sanjay C Kirloskar said, “Hard work, honesty and faith are must for a successful business. Work always earns respect and you should work hard to achieve success in life.”
He said, “Leadership is about making forward-thinking decisions. Your education is just the start of a lifelong learning journey.” He also encouraged graduates to remain curious about the new ideas and ready to adapt ongoing changes.
